Skin Health Implementation emails

I developed nine emails to be sent out in two to three week increments to slowly inform a healthcare system of the offerings we provide as a new Skin Health program customer.

The focus was on compartmentalizing each chunk of knowledge to an email and include follow-up actions to be taken prior to the next emails deployment, allowing specific actions for a facility to take before the onboarding process continued.

The standardization of content layout in the first six emails were deliberate to ensure the large amount of information is digestible and each email's core function can be found by a quick scan.

We also structured the final three emails in the series with educational content that can be given to the facility staff after onboarding is complete.
